Anyone else suffer from Restless Leg Syndrome?

i use myrapex which is a drug for parkinson’s disease prescribed by a neurolgist. it has worked for me for many years now.

Most people find some kind of medication, there are some newer meds some of them herbal. Go on the web to the Health U.S. site or Health Canada, then search word restless leg syndrome. I did that search and I got allot of info there in the search results was a list of different treatments.

i do. specially whilst going to sleep and awakening. i just make cycling movements and it kind of disappears. but you have to find out the cause by consulting a doctor. it can also be very serious like kidney failure

Yes I get it about once a month, I wouldn’t take any of those type of drugs either becoz they’re so addictive. I haven’t found much helps except exercise.

I do. Most of my family does too. I don’t do anything for it. I don’t want to take medicines for it either. I sometimes have to tire myself out before I go to bed because my shaking leg will keep me up. Good luck buddy, I feel for you.
