I have developed a bad case of what I think is psoriasis. OTC meds don't seem to work. What can I do?

Seconding the idea of going to a physician. You don’t have a medical degree, and skin conditions can look almost identical to an untrained eye. Go get it looked at and let the dermatologist determine the best treatment. Good luck.
