I have testicle pain when I put a Little pressure on them also the colure of of the semen becom brown why?

Old blood is brown. This isn’t a normal thing. Could be a sign of testicular cancer or possibly a prostate problem. Five years is kind of a long time to live with this problem without it getting worse if it was cancer – so hopefully it isn’t as serious as that – but prostate cancer can still be an option. get to a doctor!!
