Tonight we were suppose to go shopping?

Q:I got all dressed up, slapped on the warpaint, thought i looked rather nice, hubby said i looked very pretty i felt positive and happy. The minute i got into the car i did not want to go shopping, i started crying and the feeling inside of me was awful. i felt shaky and scared. Hubby ended up going shopping by himself and i sat at home crying. When is it ever going to end. Am i going to be stuck inside our house for the rest of my life, too scared to go anywhere alone or sometimes even with hubby. Will the people who offered me help and asked me to contact them please answer again. I cannot find your addy’s. I ask you with tears in my Seagreen eyes. I dont want to get old and useless , never really seeing what Uk looks like.:))

These are too beautiful to be crying. Go see a doctor
You need some therapy, it sounds like you have agaraphobia..;
Scared? Sounds like you need your confidence boosting or something. Maybe visit therapists.
get help for this see a doctor or a psychiatric nurse before you cant go out of the house at all its just panic attacks there are thing you can do to help with this but you need professional advice first its a lovely world outside don’t be scare of it think what you are missing
This is something your should discuss with your doctor, who will be able to get you the help and support you need to combat the feelings you have inside. This really is something that your have to get control of before it gets an uncontrollable grip on you and those around you. I would advocate going for counselling or therapy of that nature rather than taking drugs prescribed by a doctor. The drugs rarely really work very well, and often have undesirable side effects, which just make you feel worse. Good luck.
You are going to be okay, so many people have had this issue, and they generally get over it okay. Why don’t you start off by just going for a walk to the end of the street and back. with hubby who obviously loves you(mine never says I look pretty anymore!). Then progress slowly to the local shop, chip shop, garage.Then write a list of things to buy, (just three or four things), get to Tescos and get them, safe in the knowledge once you have them you are going straight home.If you can get out the front doot, the world is your oyster, and it’s a great big wonderful world full of amazing people and things to meet and see.You will get through this, ring your local surgery for more imfo, or look up websites and support groups on agraphobia. Good luck, and see you out there!
Who’s destroyed your confidence? What’s happened to you? You are afraid to go out in case you make a fool of yourself I think. We all get feelings like that from time to time. Go and see your Doctor because there is help out there for you. Please don’t ignore it. Hope you feel better soon.
You need to get yourself some help. Avoiding these situations is only making it worse. You need to find someone qualified who can show you that nothing bad is going to happen. Ask your GP to refer you to someone. If you can’t get to the GP then call him on the phone. Perhaps you can get a hypnotherapist to come to your house.The world is a wonderful place, please don’t miss out!
