Q:i mean i know they are those nasty white goops on teh end of some pimples, but i had a big one above my lip and then i got sunburnt and it got mega huge so i i was gettin tired of it and i poke it with a new sewing needle and then cut off the dead skin? if i peroxide it should it keep it from coming back, and what is it really dirt build up or what

they are an infected pore, filled with pus. -don’t cut them off, drain them (small needle, & squeeze) and then use alcohol to cleanse them They are like pimples ready to be popped.
