oh boy. when i had my squamous cell carcinoma in my tonsil thats how it manifested, by nodes in the neck.the biopsy will tell you what kind of cancer you may have, or even if you in fact have cancer. Other things can cause your symptoms, so don’t put the cart before the horse.
