thyroid!, I have hypothyroidism, I just could not do anything but sleep. My family kept getting onto me for being lazy. It went on 1 1/2yrs before I went to the doctor. Person could be hypoglycemic, if they dont eat correct and theyre blood sugar level is too low they have low energy and want to sleep. Start eating better for that person.
