That’s not possible. In order to get the disease, the first person must have had to begin with. The disease didn’t come out of thin air.
Well to get an STD from someone, that person would have to have it. Maybe you are confusing having the disease and having symptoms. Many people have STD’s and do not realize it because they have no symptoms. Despite this, this person can still pass it on to someone else. There a variety of things that can affect how the other person will deal with the virus, ie they too may have no symptoms, or they may have a lot of them. Also, I have a bit of advice for you, especially if you plan on practicing medicine. I understand that you are 15, but there is no place in medicine for embarrassment! I suggest that the next time that you see your Doctor, you ask them all the questions you can! Don’t be embarrassed! The question you asked is a good question! It obviously was not made clear to you in class. School is not the ideal place to learn about sex, trust me. Does that help? If not, you can email me. Take Care and stay safe! You’re assuming that the person they got it from is fine. that is a wrong assumption. Some STD’s will go for years without showing symptoms. some have symptoms and the go and hide inside you.
