At Twinpalms Phuket, guest rooms feature private patios overlooking the lagoon, an en suite bath with a rain shower, satellite TV and a top-of-the-line entertainment center, mini bar, free Wi-Fi internet and butler service if needed. Breakfast (and it’s known as one of the best on Phuket) is included in the room rate.
The resort hotel has several excellent restaurants, serving a nice mix of Thai and Western cuisine, a fully-equipped fitness center, a library where you can browse or borrow books and magazines, a gorgeous swimming pool, and a spa. Don’t miss the Sunday brunch either, it’s phenomenal.
The location of Twinpalms Phuket is perfect, within a stone’s throw of the beach, and the hotel is surrounded by local restaurants where you’ll find some of the best Thai food on the island for very cheap prices.
Room rates begin at 7,600 baht ($240) per night for a deluxe room, which includes all taxes and service charges and, for this level of service and five-star accommodation next to Surin Beach, is extremely inexpensive.

Manathai Resorts – A five-star boutique hotel located just a couple of minutes walk from Surin Beach. The hotel is designed in a mix of modern Thai and traditional Asian style, with both public and private guest rooms having a level of comfort you won’t find just anywhere.
At Manathai Resorts, your guest room will have an en suite bath with a rainshower, robes and slippers. Satellite TVs with DVD player are in all rooms, along with a coffee maker, mini bar, refrigerator, and a lovely seating area.
The hotel features a full-service spa, where you can enjoy a massage, there’s a library, a lovely swimming pool and two restaurants. The room rate includes breakfast and it’s wonderful.
Room rates are particularly affordable, beginning at only 5,500 baht ($172) a night for a deluxe double room.

Benyada Lodge – Situated close to Surin Beach, Benyada Lodge offers luxury accommodation for a surprisingly inexpensive price.
The lodge is decorated in a lovely contemporary Thai style, with all the mod-cons all over the hotel and in each of the guest rooms. Rooms feature flat screen TV with satellite, mini bar, refrigerator, hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, free high-speed Wi-Fi internet, and, of course, a private balcony with ocean or garden views.
Benyada Lodge has a rooftop swimming pool with a wooden deck and a bar, a restaurant serving both Thai and Western cuisine, and business services. There’s also an airport shuttle for arrivals and departures.
Room rates are exceptionally inexpensive at Benyada Lodge. Studio suites, which are still reasonably-sized at 28 square meters, are as low as 2,500 baht ($80) per night, and junior suites start at 4,500 baht ($145) a night, which includes breakfast, and all taxes and surcharges.
