Brad Paisley and Other Country Singers Working on New Music for 2012

One of CMT’s Artists of the Year, Brad Paisley has had quite a busy 2011. With three hit singles, a world tour and co-hosting the CMA awards with his “Remind Me” duet buddy, Carrie Underwood, it’s no wonder this well known prankster always has a smile on his face. He even wrote a musical memoir this year about his guitar and his musical inspirations. Oh, and on top of his musical success, he has a beautiful family, his actress wife, Kimberly Williams and two young sons, Huck and Jasper. What more could a country guy want? How about new music? Yes, Brad is working on a new album, hopefully to be coming out in 2012. Look for these other country stars to be putting out more tunes for the coming year.

Darius Rucker

Former Hootie and the Blowfish front man, Darius Rucker has crossed over to country music with absolutely no problem. It shows just how much passion this guy has for music. He is expected to be working on his third album in 2012. It should be some good stuff coming from this guy.

Tim McGraw

The long awaited album from country superstar, Tim McGraw has been a roller coaster ride for the singer, however “Emotional Traffic” is expected to be out on the shelves on January 17, 2012. Tim describes this collaboration as ‘an eclectic group of songs’ which will thrill his fans.

Kellie Pickler

“American Idol” contestant turned country star, Kellie Pickler has yet another album coming out in January. “100 Proof” is said to consist of Kellie’s personal reflections on her difficult childhood growing up in North Carolina. This peppy blond with a strong country voice has become a household name and has also landed herself a husband, Kyle Jacobs. Not bad for a small town girl from North Carolina.

Dierks Bentley

With five albums under his belt, the long awaited sixth one from Dierks Bentley titled “Home” will be in stores February 7, 2012. The curly haired crooner says that he is excited to share these songs with his fans soon.

Carrie Underwood

Being married for two years now to hockey husband, Mike Fisher has not stopped country cutie, Carrie Underwood from writing music for her fans. No release date has been set but you can bet that Carrie will put out great music in 2012.
