Zachery Tims- Does His Mother Have a Right to Keep the Cause of Death a Secret?

After many weeks of waiting, the cause of death has still not been disclosed by the New York medical examiner’s office for Florida’s mega church Pastor Zachery Tims. After journalists inquired about it, they were told that Zachery Tim’s mother (Madeline Tims) does not want it disclosed. Does she have a right to withhold this information from the world? Why not? If it were your famous son, would you want his memory tarnished? Although the rest of the world just wants to continue the soap opera atmosphere surrounding her son, Pastor Zachery Tims, this mother just wants to live in peace. Even if it means keeping her son’s information sealed, why not allow this mother her privacy? Although many will not agree with me, I think that it would be very kind of the legal system to have mercy on this dear mother and allow her, her family and her deceased son to rest in peace. This case will be heard in the New York Supreme court on November 23, 2011.What do you think?
