What causes a twitchy eyelid?
Q: For the past month of so, I’ve had this weird twitch in my left eyelid, especially on the left side of the top and bottom lids. It doesn’t hurt, it’s more annoying than anything else, and it comes and goes, but it happens a number of times a day. My eyelids also seem to get very dry. Any idea what could be causing this and any medical treatment I should be taking. Other than some seasonal allergies, I’m pretty good health-wise.

Eat more foods rich in this mineral ie:- leafy green vegies, nuts and seeds, cold water fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting…………. magnesium is needed in the body to keep our veins and arteries healthy. When we are deficient in magnesium we experience cramping, muscle aching and twitching of the nerves and muscles as you are. The human body will leach magnesium from our bones if we are deficient in an effort to function properly.CHEERS♥
