Q: Ok, I’m 42 and still kid clumsy. I was trying to sit on my hammock a few weeks ago when it slipped out from under me and I fell on my tailbone. Now, I have a problem with my feet.I can sit in chairs, I walk barefoot most of the time, but I CANNOT for the life of me sit in bed and watch a movie in the L position (propped against pillows with feet/legs outstretched).Anytime that I’m sitting in bed, like tonight watching the football game, my toes go cold and numb. This issue has been going on for months since I fell off the hammock. I can sit on the edge of the bed with no problem, or in my office chair and recliner, but I can’t for the life of me, sit in my bed and watch tv.I’ve also had lower back pain if I stay in one position for too long. no knee reflex what could cause it?

Q: had a pinched nerve on my back that they did surgery to fix 3 months ago. since then i have been having horible leg pain and my leg going out yhey have ran all kinds of test to come back with ?’s unsnswered. but one of my ?’s is they did a reflex test on my knee and ankel and had no reflex so the dr checked my other leg and still nothing i was wondering what could cause that. i always had reflexs before no problem untill now and if u have any sugestions on the leg thing i’m open to them also any sugestion is helpful i’m so confused on this. i am in constiant pain and can bearly move some days. thank you to all who help
