A: Take vitamin C supplements. The flu is something you have to wait out but will leave on its own. Also, try eating light like chicken soup or jello. Get plenty of liquids and get some Theraflu. This will help you sleep and usually works for me. As far as the depression, chill out, the flu doesn’t last for long.
