A: depending on how far along your pregnancy was before u lost the baby will account for how much hcg u had an how long it will take to get out of your system..it can take UP to 6wks after miscarriage for the hcg to leave your body…your body mostly likely would not have ovulated as per normal so if you were pregnant i would say it would not be showing up on a test yet for a few weeks…wishing you the best of luck and baby dust 🙂
