I know it can take weeks or even months before your period comes back but can someone get pregnant with out having a period after a miscarriage? Since i’ve been doing fertility treatments I called my doctor and they told me to wait 8 weeks to see if I get my period before they give me something to make me have one. I’ve been feeling really tired and having slight signs like I did when I was pregnant. I took a home pregnancy test and it showed + could this be possible? I’m not sure what to do.
