Me and my boyfriend had sex… can I be pregnant? Please read details, and answer if you’re almost 100positive?
Q: I know this sounds like a dumb question, but it hasn’t even been a week yet, and I’m so scared. It was on the sunday of valentines day, ten days after my period.Thursday was the only time he’d ‘cummed’ prior to the sex.And we didn’t hump or go in and out or anything. It was in for maybe twenty seconds, cause I was freaking out.And we don’t even think there was precum, I’m gonna get a pregnancy test to be sure, but when should I take it, for it to be accurate. It’s the one that can test six days before a missed period, but my period isn’t even regular yet. Last time I had it was February 5. But I don’t know when it started or ended. I just know I was on it, on that day, for sure. When can I take the test, and expect accurate results, for sure. And is there even a possibility that I’m pregnant.(Since there was no ejaculation and probably not precum(not sure)But there was no ejaculation prior to the sex for two days, allowing the sperm from that ejaculation to exit the penis!)Oh and from now on…abstinence all the way!I know I’m young. I’m 15. It was a spur of the moment thing. I’m not gonna do it again. I just had a lot on my mind, I thought it would help. But the moment it happened I realized I wasn’t ready, and I wanted the moment to end. Of course it felt good, but it’s not worth the worry. It’s a hard task but waiting will be worth it. So please don’t judge. I just want to know if it’s possible.I was on bottom. We’re both virgins, and we didn’t move up or down, so there wasn’t a way for it to excite him, and make him cum. Plus, precum doesn’t carry live sperm, unless he had cum left over from previous ejaculation. From what I know, and after two-three days the live sperm would be gone.
A: i really dont think you have anything to worry about.Take the test if u feel that it would ease ur mind. I would wait until around march 1st. but dont worry yourself too much about it
Missed Period?! Pregnant?! Urgent! Please Help.?
Q: okay so i need some help/advise. My boyfriend and I are having sex, but we are ALWAYS safe. We use condoms every time and it’s all been fine until now. You see, I haven’t been tracking my period, which is my frist mistake. I know I usually get my period around the 20th of the month, but last month (March) I could have sworn I got it earlier. But I keep second guessing myself, so I don’t know for sure. Well, it’s now the 30th of April and it hasn’t come yet. I’m freaking out. I took two home pregnancy tests on the 21st, and another one this morning. each one has turned out negative, but I’m not sure I trust it. I’ve heard there can be a lot of factors that could force me to miss my period, like stress and diet. stress… I’ve definitely got. i dont know what the diet part includes…another problem. I don’t know what to do! I need help! What should I do? Do I trust the tests? Do I go to the doctor even though I’m scared out of my mind to go? Am I just over thinking it? : (
A: Every woman in the world has had a skipped period, and it’s not just due to pregnancy. The cycle is the result of some delicately coordinated hormone ballet, and every now and again, there’s a hiccup. It can happen if you’ve been sick, if you had an alteration in your lifestyle (like changing shifts at work, or going on vacation), a diet- meaning you’ve changed to a very low cal intake, or something like that, and of course stress. In many cases, things straighten themselves out and you never really do know exactly what caused the miss. So there are plenty of other explanations for yours, aside from pregnancy. One skip is not a problem. At this point I think you can probably trust the tests, because they are actually pretty accurate. Either the HCG is there, or it isn’t- and you would be at the point that if you were pregnant, there should be enough to detect. Tough as this will be, you need to breathe out and wait. One skip is nothing, two skips probably should be checked out with the Gyn. Your period will probably arrive when it’s least convenient, which is the rule of the universe. When it does, it will be clotty, crampy, and brownish- due to old blood in a more advanced state of breakdown, and more difficult to shed. It will also probably be heavier or last slightly longer than ordinary. If you don’t get a cycle by the end of this month, then it’s time to see the doctor. Most of the time, a cycle out of whack can be encouraged back into action fairly simply. And while you are at the doctor you can arrange for a second form of birth control which will help lower the risk even more. There are other things available besides condoms, and not just the BCP. A second form would help you relax some, I think- as that would really up the odds against this sort of scare in the future. Meantime, do try to relax a bit. Just the stress of worrying about it not coming is enough to delay it.
sore nipples, missed period, pregnant?
Q: ok where to begin? I noticed that my nipples (not breast) have been sore for about 3 days now, and technically, going from the last 5 months I should have started around the 1st of October and it is now the end of November. Since I can remember my periods have been irregular but like I mentioned the last 5 months they have been regular, until now. I have been way more active sexually (non-protected) lately then before so pregnancy is very possible, but I don’t want to jump to conclusions. I haven’t been extremely stressed lately but have been planning a wedding that is 5 months away, so I guess that can cause a little stress… I don’t know if I should be worried or not, I have taken a pregnancy test that came back negative but I don’t know if I took it to soon or not? I feel like I have been eating more lately too, now this could be a sign of my period arriving soon, but I just want to give you all the details I can. The last 2 mornings I have woke up feeling nauseous, but this morning I actually got sick… that’s all I can think of now, please help
