A: Congrats on your baby! Your doc might be concerned that you’ll inhale the self tanner if you get a MysticTan (spray tan)…and most likely you will. I use self tanner, and I’ve had no reaction to it, and my doctor was not really concerned at all about me using it, though he did suggest that I refrain from using it until my second trimester. If you choose to not use a self-tanner….you can always look on the bright side- You only have a few weeks to go, so you can get a spray tanner AFTER the baby comes. Best of luck!
