Are men babies when they have a cold? Bless their little hearts?
Q: What do you think? they are little sweetakins.
A: Women get colds. Men never do; what they get is a serious influenzal infection, which brings them very close to death’s door. This is something which most women cannot understand, because they mix up completely the two totally different types of infection. A cold can be gotten over realtively quickly, usua lly with the application of hot drinks made with honey and lemon and maybe a shot of something strong. An influenzal infection, or, as it can also be known by its medical name, infectus homines seriosis, cannot be so lightly treated. It requires extensive treatment, consisting of staying at home, being tucked up in bed with the TV on, magazines and books on command, as well as copious amounts of coffee/tea/mulled beer (preferably the latter) combined with a lot of understanding and tender, loving care from the women. Usually, after a few days of this, the man may recover, though it can still hang around his system, which will disable him sufficiently not to be able to help with the housework, shopping or any home repairs for a considerable time.
Does Mark Jenkins just use sellotape for his babies/men or do they have somesort of structual support benieth?
Q: Well i am doing an art project on him but find it so hared to believe that his sellotape men and babies that he places around cities are just made from sellotape. Is there some sort of wireing or plastic underneither the layer of sellotape because how do they stand without anything but solid sellotape? Thankyou for answers 🙂 xxx
A: I don’t think there is anything inside as the sellotape is transparent enough to show at least a heavy armature. If you tape enough sellotape together it is pretty stiff, so I can image it can support it’s own weight (it’s not like they are heavy). Also I don’t remember from the youtoube video instructions that there was an armature inside. But yes, the suggestion to contact him via his website probably will work.
Men, Babies and Pregnancy?
Q: Are men generally concerned with TTC the way women are? I’m getting married in 2011 and I want to start a family soon after. My Fi and I have talked about starting a family and we both want children. But, I feel like he doesn’t think about it the same way I do. He loves kids and is good with them and I see Dad potential in him. I’m wonder if he’ll change once we get married and having kids is more realistic and in the moment. Are men generally concerned about planning a pregnancy and trying for a baby? Should I be worried? We have talked about kids and we’ll be prepared for them by that point (I finish grad school in 2011, then we’re getting married)
A: We have been trying to get pregnant for 11 years now, and he wants it more than I do. I have had several surgeries to have a child, and he has been right there every step. Every month he always asks, “Are we pregnant yet?”, and I give him the same sad answer. It is always no. He has gotten his sperm checked out about 4 different times to make sure there was nothing wrong with him.
