Q: I notice that when I don’t get enough sleep or am not sleep straight through the night, the next day I am cranky or depressed. I don’t want to be at work or deal with anyone and everyone gets on my last nerve. Does this happen to any other Pregos out there? How do you cope with it? How do you sleep comfortably? A: Yes I become the worst B-otch almost everyday because of tossing and turning, getting up every hour of the night to go pee.
