did you use any contraseption? if you did then its probably just abit of bleeding. if not….then, your possibly pregnant. go to your family planning clinic and you can get pregnancy tests for free!

I am spotting 3 days after intercourse. Could I be pregnant? Please Help?

Q: My periods are on a 28-day cycle. My last period started on Feb. 23, 2008. According to online ovulation calculators, I should have ovulated on March 8, 9, or 10, 2008. I had sex on March 14, and today, three days later (March 17) I am having red/pink mucous-ish light bleeding. We had protected sex, but i accidentally touched some of the ejaculation. I wiped it off my fingers until it was dry with a paper towel, but later I fingered myself. Is this enough to get pregnant?I think it’s unlikely that I would get pregnant FOUR DAYS after my “predicted ovulation date of march 10”. But let’s just say I ovulated on the very late date of March 14, the day that i had intercourse. IF i had gotten pregnant that day, this bleeding is still weird. it’s only 3 days after the day of sex. I heard implantation bleeding happens 6-12 days after fertilization. However, there are some stories of it happening even 2 days after fertilization. So is it possible that i’m pregnant?

Q: I had unprotected intercourse for the first time in my life on 15oct06 .. during my period (yes, gulp) which had started on 12oct06. I took Plan B on 17oct06. I spotted on the 23-25th of october. (light spotting that I wouldn’t consider a period.) On 11nov06 I had protected intercourse after which I experienced what i would consider spotting.. it didn’t last more than an hour and in no way would I consider it even a ‘light’ period. So. Today being 23nov06 I have not yet had my period. I don’t know if Plan B (the morning after pill) really plays with your system but the packaging stated if after 28 days you haven’t had your period see your doctor.. which I did. On 16nov06 .. He ran a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. Well.. why am I sooooo late. Usually not late. Today is day 41 from 12oct06? I’m normally, at latest, 30 days.. Could a urine test be wrong? And, if anyone remembers their 2nd time having sex, is it normal to bleed after intercourse? Thanks in advance

A: well I am preg with my 3rd child and I would say take a preg test urself asap. u should have enough of the pregnancy hormone for it to show up by now if u are preg. u may have went to the doc way to soon. if it comes out pos then of course see ur doc to get the preg apts started. If it comes out neg wait and in a week try again if no period yet. bye the way… i give u credit for admitting u had sex for the first time on ur period. dont worry no big deal lol 😉

Q: 3 months ago I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks.I am now pregnant again and am terrified.I had intercourse with my husband last night and woke up this morning with red bleeding and tiny clumpy tissue. I have been bleeding all day (for about 10 hours now and it hasn’t let up. I am ALSO cramping now!I called the doctor already and am going in to see him in the morning.He mentioned it’s common to bleed after intercourse, but this seems a bit excessive.He also said that I could have ruptured a blood vessel during intercourse since everything is sensitive during pregnancy…but why am I cramping??Even though I already have a doctor appointment …I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else out there?? NOT spotting. This is about as heavy as a period and cramping like it also.Please give it to me straight, even if it’s bad. :(Thank you so much for any personal experience!!!

A: Spotting after intercourse is normal. Bleeding is not. Sounds like you’re on the same road as the last time. Go to the ER and get a new doctor–yours sounds like an idiot.
