At what age does it become dangerous to get pregnant?
Q: maybe age 45 is the latest age you can get preg and have a safe healthy baby with no problems?
A: As soon as you reach the age of 40, you start producing less eggs, therefore some months might not ovulate at all, it is normally alot harder to conceive. Also more complications happen, such as abnormalties, disabled children + much more. A plus to having children older though is the possibility of multiples goes up dramatically. There are lots of healthy pregnancies/births at 40 +. Hope I helped! Good luck x
What would be going through your mind if you became pregnant with triplets at age 50?
Q: This has happened to a friend of mine, and I’m absolutely floored, as is everyone else who knows her. To say this is a high-risk pregnancy is a huge understatement, although so far everyone is healthy and strong. She and her husband have never been able to conceive, and as far as she knew she was post-menopausal. This pregnancy happened naturally, the old-fashioned way. They are extremely excited and it’s impossible not to be happy for them. If I were in this situation, I don’t think I would handle it very well. I would be a wreck, and my mind would never stop spinning. I think I would not be excited or overjoyed at the prospect of raising and providing for three small children in my 50s and teenagers in my 60s. What about you?Sali, you do not belong on this forum.
A: At 50?!And the old fashioned way?!I’d probably be in shock. seriously, I wouldn’t know whether to call the Guniess Book of World Records or buy a lottery ticket.
