A: Technically it’s healthier to let out your anger. They say it’s nearly impossible to hold in your anger without it eventually coming out in a different way (such as getting mad at stupid things that you or anyone else would normally not get mad at).. sometimes it’s even possible to develop a mental disorder because of the amount of stress you’re putting yourself on. And as you mentioned, it could physically affect your health.With that said, it’s also not healthy in particular to be mad all the time and let it out. You have to choose your battles. If you think the situation is temporary, try your best to ignore it, or go do something else productive to get your mind of it. If not, then deal with the situation head on.Hope this helped 🙂
