They can come from a number of things. A lot of attacks just come from plain anxiety. Things like fireworks can even trigger a panic attack. It depends on the person.If you feel like you’re having a panic attack the best thing to do is really just focus on your breathing. Once you start feeling like you can’t breathe and start breathing differently, it’s because you’re thinking about it.
