Q: what is the easiest way to fall asleep that doesnt involve any drugs? if you could help that would be awesome thanks.Xx0x
A: 1. Breathing exercises after you go to bed. Breathe in, 1, 2, 3, breathe out, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. This can help clear your mind.2. Milk. It has soothing properties that assist some people greatly in sleep.3. Able to get to somewhere that sells health supplements (some pharmacies sell them)? There are heaps of non-drug, herbal options that can aid sleep. Some are very cheap, too.4. No coffee or coke after 5 pm.5. Dim lights for half an hour before bed. the less light is going through your eyes, the more Melatonin is being produced by the body, to put you to sleep. 6. Read in the dim light before bed. I don’t know why this helps. Um. It just does. :PHope this all helps, and remember, beofer you go to the doctor for medicine (if you do end uphaving to), go stright toyour pharmacist and ask what they can give you that can aid sleep. There are milder drugs for which you do not need a prescription, and they may be all you need to get into a sleeping pattern.Oh yeah, that’s what I forgot. 7. Sleeping pattern. You must get up at the smae time every morning if you expect yourself to go to sleep at the same time every night!Good luck!

A: Here is a list of suggestions:1. Take a nice hot shower, it makes you feel really cozy so its easy to fall asleep.2If you can, work out during the day, preferably in the morning, and the afternoon if you can squeeze it in.3. Don’t force yourself to sleep. Go to sleep when your body is telling you that you need sleep or you will simply sit in bed for hours!4. My final tip to you is to relax, and in your head, I want you to review a mental list of things that you have done during the day or things that need to be done the following day! It really helps you fall asleep!

Q: Hello,I am 13 .. 14 in july..and I have noticed its been quite hard getting to sleep at night.what is the fastest and easiest way to make yourself fall asleep…even through the day .. just for a nap.Giving best answer.
A: I’m 14 also, I have so been where you are :/Well here is a list of things that might help:Keep in mind that everyone is different and these are just some things that work for me.**- I know counting sheep sounds corney, but try counting back from a hundred (In your head).- No caffeine before bed. – Late night munchies? Those have to stop. It does keep you awake D: – Make sure you’re comfortable in what you sleep in.- Make a schedule, try to train yourself to get to sleep ON TIME. No more “oh maybe just a few more minutes” Lol 😛 – Take showers daily and wash sheets. I never had a problem with this but i’d assume that would keep you awake.- Close your eyes. Don’t just lay there with your eyes wide open and expect to fall asleep.- Read a book.****Things you might not notice but also keep you awake:- Sometimes with me even the fast tick of the fan DRIVES ME NUTS. I had to get a quieter one which really helped. – Lights, idk if you sleep with a nightlight but lights keep me awake to. I usually have to have it pitch black, most of the time.-I stretch before bed, and in the morning (that’s irrelevant) Not only to stay a little flexible but it helps relax muscles (never stretch cold muscles, always jog or take a warm bath before stretching.****Other obstacles:- Stress Such as worries about grades, how you look, you’re bf/gf…etc.No matter what it is stress can do a lot of damage. But how to cure it is a WHOLE different story.- SmellsSome weird smells can keep you awake to o.0- CoversIf your sheets or blankets are too heavy, get new ones. Try different kinds :] ETC**These are just a few.I really hope you find the answer you’re looking for!Good luck :] Laters.Or not o.0 -<3Heather-
