A: Six stone at fourteen years of age. Thats really worrying. I think that you need some help, and i also think you need to ask yourself why are you doing this. Is it because you want to look good for some guy or is it just for yourself. Either way you shouldn’t feel fat at six stone. I mean i’m nine stone and i’m quite thin. It’s possible to eat and not get fat. If you eat excessively then there is a chance you will get fat. But if you eat healthily then there is no reason why you will get fat. My advice is just to eat and excersise regularily

Q: I’m 5′ 3″ and weight 185 lbs. I wear a size 14 on the bottom and 18 on the top. I am going to be 60 in a couple of months. I take medication every day for heart disease/cholesterol, RSL, depression, etc. I want to be thin!
A: Go ahead and starve yourself if you want to loose weight. It will work if you are serious about it. If you want to loose weight set your eyes on that, not what will happen to you, it’s either worry about yourself or loose the weight. Any way you try to loose weight will be regardlessly annoying.And for you idiots on this site who don’t even bother to answer questions, stop being stupid. Starving yourself will not kill you, it takes a long time for this. And if these people asking these questions are really over weight (At all) when they are starving theirselves, they will be living off of their fat in their bodys. Are you all seriously so stupid not to realize that?I had a friend and he was underweight, starved himself two week every month and never hurt himself or was hospitalized. So go for it, if you want to loose weight.Oh and about not gaining it all back when you start eating ,that’s simple. Most people are so stupid they don’t realize that when you don’t eat your matabilism slows down, so when you do start to eat again, just start off with some vitamins and fruits (healthy foods ONLY!!). Do this for about a week, then you should be fine at eating regular foods you always ate before, just don’t eat too much again. ;D

A: Snack on veggies like cucumber, carrots, etc. Activities to take your mind off food and lose weight: exercises like running, walking briskly, shoot hoops, etc.Diet tips. I don’t know how old you are but cut down on carbs like pizza, hamburger buns, french fries and stuff like that. Cook your food with hardly any oil. Keep your portions reasonable. Drink a lot of WATER. Eat more vegetable and only a couple of pieces of fruit a day.I’m not a doctor, so if you are still a teen, check with your parents if they agree with this approach. Good luck!!
