Q: I keep having recurring nightmares that are all differant but they all have to deal with the death of a person that I knew. I barely knew her and there was nothing that was left unfinished between us. Q: I’ve got a horribly abnormal sleeping pattern. I sleep during the day, but only because when I fall asleep at night time, I get horrible nightmares. A: That is because your nightmares are occuring at a certain cycle in your sleep. It has nothing to do with being night or day. Everyone has nightmares. The best thing to do, and to lessen them, is to embrace them.
