Wild Berry Peace Cereal Review

Peace Cereal brand’s all natural Wild Berry low fat clusters and flakes contains a colorful sprinkling of blueberries, raspberries and strawberries. The fruit plumps up when you pour milk in your bowl.

I found the Wild Berry cereal in the cereal aisle at Whole Food Market.

I love the balance of crispy corn flakes and oat clusters that are similar to granola.

The Wild Berry flavor comes in a 10 ounce box with red lettering.

A serving of the cereal has 10 grams of whole grains, 3 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein. It’s not too high on sugar with 7 grams.

It also has 3 grams of fiber.

I found one serving or 1 cup filled me up. I enjoyed the Wild Berry for breakfast as well as for a bedtime snack.

The Peace Cereal is an eco-friendly product. The product box is made of 100 percent recycled paper and is printed with vegetable-based inks.

The brand also encourages charitable giving. Their non-profit causes can be found at www.peacecereal.com/giving.

In terms of taste, the cereal has a great flavor and crunch. The freeze dried fruits have a weird texture if you try to eat the cereal dry. But the blueberries, boysenberries, raspberries and strawberries taste almost like fresh cut-up berries once you add milk.

I love the hint of cinnamon flavor.

While the product is not labeled gluten-free, it’s not as heavy in my opinion as cereals that contain a lot of wheat ingredients.

I taste tested the cereal with rice milk and regular milk. It was tasty in both instances.

For my review, I give the Wild Berry Cereal a thumbs up. I’d purchase it again.
