Would a woman in a coma still menstruate?
don’t take this the wrong way i am not been sick or perverted. I took a look at next simesters study notes and one off the topics we cover is The Effects Of Comas on The Patient And Their Family. Which got me wondering about the above question. I presume they do but am I correct?

If a person is in a coma. All other body function remains normal only the conscious brain does not wake up. Menstruating is a reproductive cycle. Once the eggs cells expires it is ejected by the body as a form of red substance people used to mistake for blood in a menstrual cycle. I belive the reproductive cycle is one of the involuntary systems. I’m not in a medical profession. But I think yes, a woman in coma wil still menstruate. good question!!
