I haven’t had a good experience with Yasmin. About a half hour after I had taken the pill every day I got a terrible sick feeling that didn’t pass for about 2 hours. If I were you I’d try a different pill or a different method of contraception.

Give it the 3 month introduction period before changing to a different pill. What suits some people, will not suit others when it comes to birth control pills. So give it a go for a cycle or two at least before thinking of trying a different pill. I work in a pharmacy and many of our patients are happy with Yasmin and have been taking it problem free for years.
