They will walk you through and diagnose you. Then they will help you through it, whether it is with therapy, medication, or a combination. They will advise you on the steps that need to be taken. If you have friends you are close to, you could talk to them and maybe one of your friends could refer you to someone to see. Otherwise maybe you could ask your general doctor for a referall. Just don’t feel like you are alone in this situation.
First and fore most stay true to your feelings. You don’t have to be cheerful if that’s not the way you feel. There’s nothing wrong with feeling sad or depressed.The more that you are willing to be at one with whatever you are feeling the sooner it passes. I find that when I do this I feel a sense of relief and peace. Inother words, don’t fight the feeling or it will persist.Look inside and ask yourself what is troubling you? I know of something that might help. Do you take any vitamins? If so, you need to check and see if it has all of your B-vitamins. The B’s are essential for maintaining nerves and helping with our general moods. There is another one you can try it’s called St. John’s Wort. Its an herb that also helps with moods. My first preference, however, would be the B vitamins. Hope this helps!
