Most definitely! Happens to me every month. Yes I have suffered from panic attacks for 21yrs due to PMS. I only have one good week out of 4.

Yes,it can.For some women ,it can last for as much as a whole week before their period.I find that knowing what’s happening and preparing for it really helps.Also getting lots of sleep during this time stabilises your serotonin levels better and lessens your symptoms.No wonder it’s called ”The Curse”. most definitely, YES!
Absolutely!! It is a hormonal imbalance. PMS can make you feel all sorts of things, mad, sad, depressed, fatigued, pain.i get it bad. i get cramps that almost feel like they paralyze me.
Hell yes! I’ve just put my beloved through a weekend of suffering my mood swings and paranoia. Even with help from GP and councelling it’s still really challenging and I feel so guilty for my behaviour afterwards. God yes i’m goin through it right now and im all of the above and then some.My boyfrind knows to keep well out of my way when its PMS week!
Heck yeah. I have an “emotional day” every month in which I think no one loves me and the world is a depressing place and anything anyone says to me becomes a personal insult. Then I remember it’s my “emotional day” and I go and hide someplace until it’s ove.
PMS can affect women in loads of ways, personally I feel like I’m going to cry no matter what I’m doing, I hurt a lot and I just don’t want to do anything!The best cure and I’ve tried this for myself and it worked for me is to do some exercise during PMS and your period cause it really helps
