I am wicked bony. Like, I mean, you can see my bones out of my skin. I am 5’5 and weigh 100 pounds. What is wrong with me? My friends think I’m anorexic and everything but I’m NOT, trust me, I love eating. I know I have a high metablism but why do my bones pop out? Please answer my question cuz I found boniness to be gross.

You are very thin- I weigh 127 at 5’6″ and am pretty bony myself.You probably have a high metabolism which (depending on your age) is probably normal. If you are very concerned, see your PCP and have a physical-your thyroid could be out of whack.This is assuming you are telling the truth and really do eat.
you are just skinny you will gain weight before you know it
You just have a simple case of a high metabolism. You should eat more protein and try some weight training. This would help you build lean muscle. Also, I would take a multivitamin to make sure that you are getting all of the proper nutrients for a healthy life style!

well yes you’re skinny but if you’re eating than you’re fine unless you feel sick, if you do that means that something in your body isn’t working as it should. I know a girl who was very skinny and found help in a guy at the gym, he made her exercise so she could get bigger muscles and she looks great. Ask a nutritionist and go to a gym and ask about it.
You may look a bit bony because you do not have a lot of fat on your body. And it seems also not a lot of muscles. 100 pounds for 5.5′ is very skinny. So – if you like eating then nothing is wrong with you. If you prefer to look a bit less bony then perhaps you should try to work out very targeted to build muscles in certain areas to cover up the bones a bit. And then..It is always very different of how you perceive yourself and others do. Others may not think as bony of you at all. It’s like anorexic people think of being fat of themselves. And I think of being in a perfect shape although it is obvious that I have a few pounds to many.lol. So – besides the physical aspect you could try to change your mental image of yourself.
