The pimpals are not painful but they are like growing heads.light in colour.I dont know how to call them.Can it be cured??

I don’t know how old you are, but it just may be pubic hair starting to grow. genital warts! It’s an std. Don’t pass it on! usually pimply redish that would hurt are herpes, but im not sure what you have if it doesn’t really hurt.. you should get it checked anyways. uhm usually after you shave you get itchy bumps.. maybe it’s that
If the pimples hurt , it is herpes. If they do not hurt and are light in colour as you describe, then they might be warts.
