what can i do to ease the pain and torture of having a woman live inside of me? she wants to come out and live

im told that im transsexual (male to female) but i believe that youare born male or female, and to have a sex change does not makeme my true self? I suffer pain and torture daily, Because I want somuch to be the true woman that im meant to be? The pain used toget so bad, until all i could think about was suicide? but i got with aDoctor and He gave me medicine for the pain. I just want so muchto be a woman, I hate my body and everything that it represents asbeing a man. I know that i am a woman traped in a mans body. Imwilling to try almost anything, so that i can be the woman that i must be. i dont expect many people to accept and understand all thatim saying,because i only understand a very little bit of my situationmyself?
