how can i avoid the nasty after taste of vitamins the are so big the give me nausea,?
even if i take them with milk, how can i avoid this? and how come they don’t make capsules or smaller pills? is almost imposible to swallow them.

I will put pills in applesauce or yogurt or something soft and easy to swallow and take the pills that way so I don’t taste them. Try splitting them first and then swallowing them. A good pill splitter doesn’t cost very much, and unless the pill is a gel, you should be able to cut it.
