probably the same as having sex with a bigger person, except there’s not as much there. don’t have sex unless you’re ready emotionally. and try to get help for your girlfriend, anorexia is serious and it can cause major health problems for her. if you care about her you’ll talk to someone such as a school counselor or parents about this. good luck! CAN YOU ACCEPT HER BODY BEING THIN ?If both of you are not psychologically ,emotionally,and mentally prepared ,better not to have sex. Get her to swallow after oral sex as that will give her extra calories.

First of all if you really feelin’ her like that and you care for her respect her. And at the same respect yourself and use protection. Now let me break it down for ya! The more sex that you have the hormones will kick in and she will develop more and build a healthy hunger for food and as for sex as well. Her breasts will get bigger(sucking on them and playing with them), the shape of her lower body parts will fill out(hips, thighs and the love below) and her *** will grow(especially if you hit it from the back and pound it in both areas if you know what I mean*anal as well). Feed her more meat and potatoes and work out. Have and give her all the sex she can handle. Her hormones are craving sex and that’s why she is wanting that so give it to her. Just don’t break a bone! screw her with a pack of hotdogs.
