i can have just 3 to 4 chapatis in my lunch as well as in my dinner. i could not eat more.and breakfast is just of 1 n thehalf chapati.prescribe me with the proper diet.

But at the same time you still need to do weight training if you start becoming a little blubbery and don’t want to be. Slim is beautiful and disease free. Still your weight seems to be on the lower side. Consume more of Proteins, banana with milk. Actually the problem lies in your diet. You should go for increasing your diet by burning more calories so that your body urge for more of food increases and then you stand a chance to gain weight. Having said that you should consult a dietician who can make a chart for you and solve your problem.
