i cant get my tampon in, but i dont know what i’m doing wrong, please help!?
I’m 17 but i’ve never used a tampon, i’ve tried a couple times but i can only get the tip in. i pushed it in but it wont go in any further. It doesnt hurt, it just wont go in. I thought i was doing everything right, but i guess not. Please help me!

Relax first before putting it in. Maybe you are nervous. When you are nervous, your body tense up. Try different positions. For example: Lying down or one leg propped up. Just remember to relax. Don’t force it in. See a doctor to make sure that you are “formed” correctly.
Use a mirror, and use the plastic tipped ones. They are much easier.
are you sure its the the hole? try looking in a mirror and then put it in.. see if that works.
try moving it in different angles. Also laying down works or putting your one leg on the toilet. Look at the insert that comes in the box, sometimes that helps. Also, not to be graphic, but if it isn’t that time of the month (like if you are testing them out) it tends to be dryer so they are more difficult to get in. I’ve never heard of them not fitting anyone! Good Luck 🙂 Maybe you shouldn’t use it maybe you do not have a long enough canal for one. But that means…well I would just stop using it.
Stop forcing it hunn. You may have a small canal. I would suggest trying the cup or something else like visiting www.gladrags.com. They have an assortment of alternative menastration products..good luck..
