Firm Breasts???
A few years ago I had a breast augementation to uplift my saggy breasts due to rapid weightloss! When i first had the op they were great but since then I have put on more weight and they are starting to sag a little bit again! Does anyone know a good way to keep my breasts firm??

The only thing I can suggest is wearing a REALLY good bra – even when you sleep.I have a girlfriend with LARGE breasts that look FAB, and she swears by it. First thing, would be to exercise.i believe that you have to work out ur chest muscles or they will look just like they did b4.
