Sometimes the day after sex I feel like I have to pee all the time. Why is this?
Sometimes after rough sex or too much sex the next day I feel like I have to pee all the time and it’s very uncomfortable. My guess is that my pc muscle got stretched out? Anyone experience this or know what I am talking about??

Chances are good that the pressure and friction has irritated the opening of your urinary tract (so who knows the technical name?) so that it remains uncomfortable. There is a chance of infection (UTI) that needs to be checked out by a GYN specialist at some point, but if it is always just the first day (especially after ‘rough’ sex YOU will have to decide whether your discomfort is strong enough to have you ask for less or less rough sexual involvement, so you are in shape for the next time around….And yes, been there, done that. The choice is always yours – to ask for less hurting or to ‘suffer’ the consequences a bit like a badge of pride. It could be that your muscles are overworked, or maybe a UTI… I would get it checked out just to be sure.
