Get out of the water for starters. Other then that if the pool is properly maintained and you aren’t suffering from a communicable illness there is nothing to worry about.

A: Yeah you can start a period in a pool. The lesson is probably only 1 hour or so, so there is a small chance of it starting exactly during that hour. If it starts before, obviously you shouldn’t do the lesson. But just make sure you have a dark towel for when you get out…just in case.

A: I don’t think there is anything you can do. Your body does that at it’s own time. There is no outside stimulus that can help you start or delay it. Nerves or anxiousness can delay ovulation I’ve read…but once ovulation starts there isn’t anything stopping menstruation.
