But how long does any one of us really last without personally spanking the monkey or anything else–or getting knocked up due to either peer pressure, not using contraceptives, or just simply taking one too many risks?Sex education–from my experience–has been a proven insight and guide to making our kids more “aware” of the downsides to unprotected sex and what it means for our changing bodies as a whole. A: No. Nor will it be. The best defense against unwanted pregnancies is the pill. Mothers should be putting their daughters on the pill as soon as they, the daughters, have a boy friend. Europeans have been doing this for years and teen pregnancy is almost unknown.
