What does it mean when your skin looks like this(pic)?
Q: http://www.flickr.com/photos/45928182@N02/4217822409/As you can see, I have like these faint redish-purplish lines that are flat. They arent itchy, but sometimes they are more noticable then other times. In some places they almost completely go away, but there still there and will eventually come back at one point. The only places I dont have these are my butt, back, chest/stomach/waist, head, neck, and my shoulders. Every else I have them, and in some places they are worse than others. Ive also seen other people with whatever this is but no one really talks about and rarely has anyone ever said anything about them. I asked my parents they didnt think there was anything wrong. Could this just be from my skin being pale or what is it from? Ive noticed this on me for about a year now. Im not sure if I had them before the year I noticed them, but my skin has always been purple and red. If you know what they are how can I make them less noticable or even get rid of them? Also what is causing them? If you even have any information on what this might be please just answer because I have been trying to figure out what it is for a long time and I am completely clueless. I also want to add that ive seen many other people with these, so im not alone and its not something rare.Sorry about that, I had to make it a public photo. It was on pricate before.
A: They are superficial blood vessels i.e near the skin… in combination with your pale skin would lead to such an effect. This is also associated with the cold, where the blood vessels on ur arms, legs (i.e extremities) become constricted -> more blood to your organs to maintain temperature.Try staying warm and it would eventually go away.If the skin starts turning blue and becomes painful, go to the doctor.
All Real Mermaids!!!!?
Q: Ok. Im going to try this spell:Insouciant Inclemency Redoubtable mediocracy Refutable humanity Make me what I wish to be…A MERMAIDWitches one and witches allGive this power to me Repeat 10 timeswhatever you do, DO NOT SAY THIS WHILE DRY!!!!! You do not have to be in the bath, shower, pool, or ocean while you say this. Some part of you just has to be touching water. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SAY THIS ON A FULL MOON. Just don’t look at it or you will regret looking at it (after saying the spell)After saying this spell, you will probably have side effect(s)-Legs changing color/getting itchy, tingly or achey-Nausea-Fatigue-Difficulty breathing-Coughing fits when in water-Being able to breathe in water/hold your breath longer-Random anger-Scales appearing on your skin-Gills appearing on your neck or under your armpits-Legs sticking together or wanting to stay together-Legs crossing by themselves-Constant thirst even after drinking lot of fluid-Headaches-Wanting to touch or be in waterREMEMBER: SIDE EFFECTS ARE NOT COMPLETELY NECESARY, IT’S JUST THAT MOST PEOPLE GET THEM.Sometimes side effects don’t happen until 2 weeks after saying the spellTail colors vary, and you do not decide what color your tail will be. It takes about a month for your tail to fully develop. You do not get to choose your power. Powers I’ve heard of are the H2O powers (heating, freezing, or shaping water), psychic powers, and telekinesis. The power may take up to 2 months to develop. For this spell to work, you need to have a symbol; something that is special to you and is on your upper body (so it will still be visible when you grow a tail). It can be a necklace, a bracelet, a ring, your hair, your eyes, etc. You cannot take it off for more than two hours at a time or you will lose your powers and tail or the spell won’t work. You also have to believe the spell will work or else it won’t. After the actual spell, it says repeat 10 times, does that mean to say it 10 times total?, or to say it the firstime, and then 10 more times making it 11 total? Please dont be mean, if it doesnt work then let me find out myself,. And stop hating on all the other people wanting to be mermaid. Shouldnt you be happy that we still have imagiation instead of thinking about sex, and having our minds melted by television? so only rwal mermaids or nice answers. Thank You.
A: I’d say actually repeat it nine times – by the power of three times three. But if you want to follow to the letter, it means 10 total.:-)
8mth old baby not trying to sit up or crawl & has slightly floppy arms?
Q: my son oliver-john was induced early due to itchy palms and feet on my behalf… he came very very quickly when i stood up to go to the loo (although i do think he was trying to get out while i was half lying down on the bed!) .. anyway he was totally blue and had the cord twice round his neck, i was attended to urgently and oliver-john was checked over and everything was ok. When he went for his 6 week appt at the doctor they were slightly concerned about his reaction when held horizontally in the air, because he didnt have as much control maybe as he should have done… however i had no concerns (he is my 4th, which i know doesnt make me an expert but it does make me more easy going, which may be a bad thing in this case?)…Now he is 8 months old and he seems very week in his arms, almost double jointed to a point when i pick him up under his arms … he reaches out for toys and can press up on his arms when on his tummy but cant hold his own bottle without my help and/ or a ‘prop’. I try to get him to sit up but is unable to hold his own (if you know what i mean?)… he is very alert, notices everything, plays games and laughes.. turns his head to his name etc, i know the development is different ie cognitive, motory senses etcc but am not sure whats what when it comes to really understanding etc… and please dont say ‘take him to your doctor etc etc’ because i am on tuesday, i just wanted to know if anyone had any thoughts on this or ideas or advice etc? thanks in advancelesleythanks everyone for your replies, i will get back to you katherine here and everyone else and let you know what they say on tuesday… thanks and i will be back on tuesday!
A: I have 7.5month boy / girl twins my girl can sit up unaided and has done since 6 months but my boy can’t sit has no interest in sitting up, he just topples doesn’t use his arms to steady his self, he can rollover on to his tummy and lift his he but not for long before he get really tired, I wouldn’t be that concerned he will do it in his own good time.
