A: I had back acne…what worked for me was using one of those back brushes that you use in the bath/shower – I’m not sure of the technical term lol – it’ll be able to reach and clean the areas your arms cannot reach.Shower regularly, apply talcum powder after showering and try and use shower gels with tea tree or some kind of anti-bacterial containing ingredient. I’ve heard the Clearasil shower gel works, but I haven’t tried it for myself. Or try Dettol – just follow the instructions on the back of the bottle about how much water etc to use and bathe in it.I hope this helps. Dove is a good soap to use, if you have that in the US (I think you’re from there coz you’re mentioning Walmart, which we don’t have in the UK).If all else fails go to your doctor or go to a health food shop and see if they have those hormonal balancing tablets which are natural I think and they help get rid of spots etc. Just ask someone in the shop.
