A: beef based broths are loaded with fats and transfats, suggest if you want to go the vietnamese route, have the chicken based soups and limit them, as they too have alot of fat, but much less transfats.Personally, I use fat free chicken broth and put all the goodies in that, tastes about the same and I don’t have to guess about the salt and fat that are in it.
