- A: u can go to the local library and borrow dvds like pilates and yoga. u need to VARY your workout, if you do just sit ups and push ups…ur hitting the same muscles. u need vary your ab workout like doing planks. go to the library and look up ab diet…that book has 100 hundreds for your abs…abs have alot of different muscles.
