A: brownies – use applebutter instead of butter butter. this doesn’t work for cheesecake crusts.flapjacks and muffins – try adding fruits like blueberries, and use wholegrain mixes.cheesecake – instead of using cream cheese, use neufchatel. instead of using 1/3rd cup of sugar for every 8 oz of cream cheese, use 1/4 cup or replace sugar with stevia root or blue agave. stevia is less expensive in terms of the use you’ll get out of it. utilize 12-16 ounces of fruits to supplement flavor (yes, put it right in to the batter! i reduce fruits first, or mash them). don’t add a crust to your cheesecake, just cook it on top of parchment paper in a springform pan. all of them – share with friends.
