Is/does the herb Maca have Sulfa drugs in it??
Q:I am trying to find out if Maca, which has “sulfidomides” could be categorized as a Sulfa Drug. I am deathly allergic to all Sulfa Drugs, so I am concerned. I was advised to try Maca for lowered libido due to illnesses/depression, but I don’t want to try it until I find out if it could kill me…make sense? 🙂 Thank you in advance for your help!!

I can’t answer your question but I do know that Chinese medicine has proven safe herbs to help boost sex drive and make you feel healthier.They also are sulpher free.You’d have to go to an acupuncturist to get the right ones though. Acupuncture and or Chinese herbs can also treat depression with tremendous results right away.
