It’ll still work. Worst case scenario, it’s effectiveness will be less. Either nothing would happen or something terrible could happen. The best thing to do would be to throw it away, along with any other medications you no longer use or that are expired.

Date is for best to be used by. The medicine after the date they explain begins to loose it’s strength and potency. It’s not known to be dangerous if you take it, chances are it just won’t work quite as well as before. Recommend not to use and get rid of it. Not worth the chance..
